Electrical Maintenance Shift Technician
City of London £51k + OT
One of the country’s top progressive building services maintenance providers are currently seeking an experienced an Electrically biased HVAC Maintenance Shift Technician to work to work within an established team on a prestigious banking site in Central London. The site is a well-maintained modern facility in keeping with a world renown banking corporation. The maintenance provider has had the contract for several years resulting in a good steady contract on which to work on.
Working on a full Continental Shift Pattern, engineers must come from an Electrical background and should ideally have completed an apprenticeship or have equivalent time served experience within their technical discipline. You also must have a proven track record in working within the maintenance field ideally within a “critical environment” but not essential. The key duties of the successful candidate will be to cover the planned and reactive maintenance to: Single & 3 phase power, lighting, emergency lighting, motors, HVAC, pumps, FCU’s, AHU’s, air conditioning, BMS operation etc.
