Salary: £85 to £95 Per Day

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Youth Mentors to join our specialist school in Manchester. This role is perfect for individuals who are committed to making a significant impact on the lives of young people, guiding them through challenges and helping them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities: - Support young people in developing coping mechanisms and resilience.
- Work closely with students to identify barriers to learning and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Act as a positive role model, inspiring students to achieve their best.
- Provide one-to-one and group mentorship sessions focusing on personal development, education, and career guidance.
- Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support students' overall well-being and academic progress.
Requirements: - Must have a minimum of 6 weeks' experience working in UK schools or a relevant UK degree.
- A passion for working with young people and the ability to engage and motivate.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
