Position:Production Manager
Location:Birmingham
Hours:Monday-Friday (Early finish Friday)
Salary:£45,000-£55,000 per annum with additional benefits

Requirements:
- Qualified to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experienced working in a busy production environment.
- Experience and knowledge of Laser, plasma and flame cutting processes.
- Machine programming experience.
- Familiar with up to date health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Management of production staff.
- Liaise with sales team and manage production schedules.
- Organise all maintenance of crane and machinery.
- Purchase of all tools essential for the running of the facility.
- Programming laser, flame and plasma cutting machinery.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are followed.
- Manage and organise recruitment including training staff.
- Order materials, update stock and manage invoicing.
