Service Desk Analyst x 3
Hybrid- York (2 Days Per Week)
My client undergoing an exciting IT transformation and as such has a requirement for additional Support in the team. The successful candidates will have previous experience of working on busy service desk.
Key skills include:
- 1st line support experience working in a similar customer facing role.
- Experience working to and reporting against SLAs
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016.
- Excellent communication skills, at all levels, with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide consistently, excellent levels of customer service.
- Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with other team members.
- Strong methodical troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
