You’ll be supported every step of the way, by your line manager and mentor. Working in our Transformation team you will:

• Work alongside our Project Managers and key business stakeholders to drive transformational change across our business.
• You’ll learn how to deliver a project in line with defined objectives
• Take decisions to manage stakeholder expectations
• Liaise with a multi-skilled, cross-disciplinary team to deliver the project to time, cost and quality requirements.
• You’ll get to work on projects that drive better customer experience, improve our operational performance and help make us a more efficient and effective business.

The training you will be getting

Within our Transformation team you will complete the Level 6 Project Manager (Integrated Degree) Apprenticeship standard, allowing you to develop the skills & experience required to become an expert.  You’ll combine on-the-job learning with formal, nationally recognised development training. A Personal Development Plan will help drive your career progression, set, agreed & regularly reviewed with your line manager. 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

By the end of this programme, you will take up a Project & Change Associate role, where you will be able to put your skills to action.
