The Company - An innovative fresh food independent contract caterer.

The Package - £40,000 per annum

The Role - The Group manager will be responsible for 8 - 10 sites
- The Group manager will ensure food delivery is exceptional in every site.
- The Group manager will support with recruitment and training,
- The Group manager will regularly liaise with clients to ensuring KPIs are delivered.
The Requirements - A strong proven multisite group and / or area manager.
- Previous experience within contract catering is essential.
- A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
- A passionate foodie that can coach and train the chef managers.
- The successful group manager will be a clear communicator.
The Location - Hampshire
- A regional ‘road based’ role within the above areas.
