Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of generating profitable growth in the filtration industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the filtration fabrication textiles division.
Description
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand their market presence in fabricated textile filtration products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and seeking opportunities for up selling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about new filtration technologies and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our fabricated textile filtration products.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Keep abreast of competitor’s activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the filtration industry, with a focus on textiles.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical understanding of woven filtration technologies and applications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
