About the Role
Dell Medical Centre (Stanford-le-Hope Branch) has an opening from 1stApril 2024 for an experienced practice nurse with an interest in chronic disease management (one position available at Grays and another at Stanford Le Hope).
You will hold an individual case load, and deal with patients presenting with long term conditions, minor injuries, and specific diseases within your level of competence.

About the Candidate
If you are an experienced practice nurse looking for an exciting new change in career then we would love to hear from you. The post holder must be a NMC registered nurse with experience of working within primary care.
Qualified nursing applicants must also be able to demonstrate good IT skills and good communication skills with an ability to pay attention to detail.
Knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage.

Dell Medical Centre is a small, well established GP practice within the community of Stanford-le-Hope. The CQC rating is “good” and we have excellent patient feedback for many years. In the recent Essex-wide GP practice patient satisfaction survey, the practice was ranked 1st in Thurrock and 4th in Essex. The surgery has had a loyal and stable workforce for years.
