Job description
Airswift are looking for a HSE Manager to to provide HSE inputs during both Pre-FEED and FEED to provide HSE Support to other project leads and project management team . To establish project related documentation in accordance with Worley Management Standards and Procedures. The role is based out of the clients office in Stockport with a possibility of hybrid working. The role is expected to last approximately 12 months.
- Build and maintain solid relationships and engage with project representatives, Customer, Company and Partners throughout.
- Actively participate in associated project meetings, client meetings throughout the lifecycle of associated project.
- Ensure thorough contractor HSE assessments undertake and conduct pre-qualifications evaluations as required.
- Actively participate in project risk reviews and ensure project HSE compliance is achieved throughout.
- Support the project management team in the execution and delivery of associated documents in accordance with project schedules and associated deliverable packages where applicable
- Monitor HSE conditions and take appropriate action to remediate known deficiencies that have the potential to effect HSE.
- Ensure compliance to Worley standards, procedures, and associated policies.
- Supporting the Project Manager in the safe delivery of associated project related work aligned to HSE.
- Acting as a focal point for Safety, Health and Welfare related issues.
- Delivery of associated HSE reports , weekly and monthly where applicable.
- Continued development and maintenance of project specific documents relating to HSE
- Act as point of contact for matters relating to HSE Legislation, ACoP and associated guidance
- Daily management of the Worley Assurance System for HSE Case Management
Essential:
Academic :
- Recognized diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
Professional :
- Membership to a recognized professional body for HSE
Desirable:
Qualified auditor of HSE management systems i.e., ISO: 45001
EXPERIENCE
Essential:
Large project experience
Experience working in HSE Management at corporate level
Supported the establishment and deployment HSE systems in projects.
Worked in a FEED environment
Desirable:
High risk heavy industry related experience
Proven track record of implementation of HSE systems and practices across complex work fronts
Previous experience with Worley projects
