Are you passionate about early childhood education and supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We are currently seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator with SEN experience to join our team at Amazing Grace Nursery

Position: Early Years Educator with SEN Experience

Location: Bensham Manor Road Cr7 7ag Thornton Heath Croydon.

Job Description:

As an Early Years Educator with SEN experience, you will:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences for children aged 0-5 years, with a focus on meeting the individual needs of children with SEN.
Work collaboratively with families, therapists, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure the holistic development of each child.
Observe and assess children's progress, identifying any areas of concern and implementing appropriate interventions.
Create a warm, safe, and inclusive environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's progress and development.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and SEN support.
Qualifications:

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working with children aged 0-5 years, including children with SEN.
Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with families and professionals.
