Job description
Adecco are recruiting for a Permanent Customer Service Executive based in the outskirts of Newbury. Paying £28K plus benefits.
Customer Service experience is essential.
- Providing a first class after sales customer experience via the telephone and email
- Manage day to day customer service tasks, including telephone orders, customer correspondence, management of customer product returns.
- Customer sales order management to achieve monthly budget. Tasks include reviewing order live list, organising large equipment freight
- Responsible for responding to all customer complaints within 24 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday.
- Ensuring the returns and warranty process is managed via IT/company processes
- Financial management and monthly reporting of credits/refunds raised. Full supplier report outlining stock returned, complaints resolution, commercial implications
- Management of the Pre-Loved products; preparing products for sale (organising repairs, pricing, preparation of monthly stock list).
- Responsible for ensuring all internal customer records clearly outline customer complaints and queries, the solution/recommendation, action taken, and the next steps required either by the CS Team or a cross functional team to resolve the issue
- Contributing to continuous improvement
Key Account Management
- Provide sales and administration support for the Head of Sales .
- Attending customer meetings, exhibitions and trade events.
- Provide occasional ad-hoc support to different departments as and when the business requires.
Essential
- Highly customer focussed with the ability to communicate effectively, inspire and influence
- A can-do customer first attitude
- Previous experience in customer care or customer facing role
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Highly organised and able to multi-task and prioritise
- Proficient level of Microsoft office, including Excel
- Good team player
