Job description
POST OF OFFICE MANAGER WITH SPRINGBOARD
Since 1992 Springboard has been successfully designing and delivering development programmes to support the development of young people.
We are currently looking for an Office Manager, who will deliver a critical support and coordination role for the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for central management of key functions of Springboard, including administration, facilities/resources, management of staff.
Key criteria include:
recognised Level 3 (or equivalent) in business administration or management (or related area) and minimum 2 years working experience in administration OR 3 years working experience in administration
experience of managing resources, facilities or services
experience of managing and developing staff
experience of implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
computer literate
