Job Title: Mobile Plumber

Location: Plymouth

Salary: Up to £33K + van + fuel card

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working on behalf of a facilities group to recruit a mobile plumber  to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an great opportunity to join a national FM employer on a permanent basis. Ideal candidates will be based in Plymouth or the top end of Cornwall (Saltash, Torpoint etc).

You will be required to be part of the out of hours rota to attend emergency repairs.

Day to Day:

Basic HVAC repairs

L8 Legionella inspections

Planned preventative maintenance

Reactive M&E repairs

Minor projects

Basic fabric repairs including carpentry, painting, gutter cleans etc

Emergency call outs

Requirements:

You will need to have an NVQ level 2 in plumbing or a mechanical qualification and hold a full driving license.

Experience in a wide variety of plumbing jobs within the commercial sector

Basic HVAC knowledge and experience

Basic fabric repair skills such as carpentry, painting, and internal and external fixture and fitting repairs
