Job description
Are you an experienced solicitor who has already got experience in contentious probate? Perhaps you specialise solely in this area or maybe you are a general litigation lawyer but want to specialise in contentious probate.
Contentious probate is becoming an increasing busy area for many firms and our client is looking to develop a specialism in this area alongside already successful civil litigation and private client departments.
You will need to have enough experience to be able to run a contentious probate caseload and possibly supervise more junior candidates. If you are ACTAPS qualified or studying towards this then this would be an advantage.
