Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities - Registered nurse with active NMC PIN ( RMN / RNLD ) with 12 months post qualifying experience
- Relevant clinical experience
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
- Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.
- Excellent verbal , interpersonal and written communication skills

Barnt Green Priory Hospital Barnt Green is located in the stunning Lickey Hills Country Park, 10 miles south of Birmingham City Centre. We have thirty-three beds across three wards including a ten bedded female NHS Psychiatric Intensive Care, a thirteen bedded mixed gender NHS acute service, and a bedded private acute ward beds for both men and women. In addition to providing inpatient services, the hospital has a large Outpatient department and regional conference facilities.
The hospital opened in March 2022 and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and developing team, in a brand new hospital located in a beautiful setting.
Bank Rate:
Staff Nurse - £15.07
Senior Staff - £16.38
Bonus payment boost of £25p/h applies if you meet the following
Work a minimum of 4 shifts in the month
E learning compliance at 95%
Work across wards at discretion of nurse manager
Maximum one cancellation with 48 hours of shift start in 4 week period
Cannot have been permanent staff in past 3 months Division DBS info
