Job description

Phoenix Care Staff are looking for friendly, compassionate and hard-working Nurses to give our outstanding local Residential and Nursing homes the service they need.

We are looking for Nurses who are enthusiastic and committed to working within the Healthcare setting. If successful, you will join a dedicated team, and will oversee planning and evaluating care plans.

Phoenix Care Staff requires candidates to have experience in the Healthcare and Nursing industry to be able to join our friendly team.

An NMC pin is required for this role.

Duties:

• Administering medication
• Updating daily care plans
• Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at a high
standard
• Monitoring the performance of care staff
• Safely recording medication
• Creating care plans for the residents
• Ensure every person’s needs are understood and met
