Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Executive / Applications Engineer / Sales Engineer required to join a manufacturer of electrical equipment
The successful
Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Executive / Applications Engineer / Sales Engineer will have previous experience in a similar position and an electrical engineering qualification.
Package Up to £40,000 depending on experience
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Pension – 4.5% - 7.2% employer contribution

Role This position operates as a bridge between the customers and engineering teams, demonstrating an understanding of the company products
Build close relationships with customers in dealing with technical sales enquiries, providing accurate and competitive quotes and being able to source solution to meet the needs of the business
Processing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face to face
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and applications
Provide pre-sales technical expertise and product education to both new and existing customers
Occasional site and customer visits
Building relationships with customers and future customers to understand their requirements
Requirements Previous experience in a similar role to Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Executive / Applications Engineer / Sales Engineer
Degree or HNC in electrical, electronic or control engineering or equivalent electrical qualification
Strong technical mindset and have the ability to read and interpret technical data
Experience of working with large OEMs, international customers and contractors would be beneficial
Commutable to Leicester
