Excellent new opportunity for an ambitious NQ Commercial Property Solicitor, perhaps someone keen to develop their career gaining experience at a top firm, dealing with quality work, but also enjoying the kind of work/life balance that is hard to find in the likes of London or Bristol.
Our client is a SW region 'heavyweight' with a number of offices and in particular a very strong presence in the Devon and Cornwall region. Their Commercial Property practice is second to none and a core area for the firm so this is an opportunity to work at the heart of the firm, working within a large, established team with a number of expert Partners leading from the front.
You will be given the opportunity to develop your experience across a range of Commercial Property work, including but not limited to land and development work, landlord and tenant matters, some significant sales etc. You will also be given plenty of opportunities to gain genuine hands-on experience working closely with clients and generally getting involved as part of the team with networking and wider business development activities across the region, so a chance to develop your 'all-round' experience at an early stage.
This is an expansion role as our client's current Commercial Property team across their offices continues to be incredibly busy with regular clients and with new work wins.
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors of 0-2 PQE but consideration will be given to candidates outside of this PQE range. The ideal candidate will ideally have completed a training seat in commercial property at a similarly tiered firm.
