About the Job
Nourish is looking for a highly motivated Partnership Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Director of Partner and Business Engagement within the Nourish Partnership Programme to grow and manage partner relationships as well as drive revenue growth.
The Nourish Partnership Programme is sector-leading with established KPI and revenue attribution reporting mechanisms. Over the last 12 months we have seen an influx of enquiries from other suppliers wishing to join the programme and we have received considerable sector press coverage as a direct result of our managed partner relationships.
The Partnership Account Executive will support the growth of the Nourish Partnership Programme, onboarding new partners using an established framework, manage existing partners to maintain lead flow and support in growing partner sourced and influenced revenue.
The role and your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with established partners, establish a regular cadence of contact
- Drive pipeline and sales opportunities through partner channels
- Track, measure and manage partners’ success against metrics to maximise results
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise partner engagements and accelerate revenue
- Analyse partner performance data and work with partners to set goals and improvement plans
- Gain knowledge, insight and understanding from internal stakeholders regarding customer and product needs and actively source new partners using this information
- Evaluate new partners using the Nourish Partnership Programme framework
- Closely monitor program objectives and provide critical performance feedback
- Actively identify, and drive partner led pipeline and conduct regular opportunity reviews with partners and Nourish sales teams
- Present Nourish Care solutions to partners
- Build company credibility, brand value and trust with your stakeholders
- Provide feedback on partner program performance and suggest improvements
- Maintain Nourish Partnership Programme Ecosystem Map
- Engage directly with customers to support their digital horizon scanning
Essential Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in a commercial or partnerships role
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships
- Passion for collaborating and problem solving
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hubspot
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of the NHS health and UK social care landscapes
