Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Duke of Kent School as Head of Operations, to commence in August 2024, or by 1 of September 2024 at the latest.

The Head of Operations will report to the Head and be responsible for the day to day operational and strategic management of the School. They will line manage six employees, alongside overseeing the management of property, grounds, IT, maintenance, transport, cleaning, catering, health and safety and compliance. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven experience of managing operation functions within a School setting, as well as experience of managing people and departmental budgets.
