Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week | 3 days office, 2 days work from home (business depending)

Salary: Competitive salary offered + Monthly Bonus + Annual Bonus potential

Our Livingston branch had a customer service NPS score of 92 so we need someone who is equally as passionate about providing the best possible service to our candidates and clients. • You'll be a strong communicator (both verbal and written)

About the role:

• Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates to ensure candidate availability is at a maximum, and the candidate flow is of a suitable calibre

• Sales / Business Development; Via various methods of following up leads such as cold calling, sending speculative emails and dropping in-person sales materials into prospective clients.

• Relationship building; Building long lasting relationships with existing clients, new clients and candidates alike.

• Conducting sales meetings: Meeting with clients in person to showcase the services Office Angels offer and discussing their roles and business plans.

• Matching; Candidates' skills and expectations to a variety of Permanent and Temporary roles

• Advertising; Advertising on various job boards / portals

• Candidate Attraction; Using various resourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, job boards etc

• Candidate Care: Keeping in regular contact with candidates to maintain relationships.

• Audit: Keeping and maintaining all compliant information in reference to both candidates and clients as per company policy

• Telephone/Email; Screening and assisting with branch telephone and email queries.
