Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Model business processes, data, systems, and organizations.
- Support the development and implementation of technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and contribute to designing future–state processes.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers for successful delivery.
- Assist in creating user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide post–implementation support.
- Continuously analyze, improve, and optimize business processes.
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in retail.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem–solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with process mapping and improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
Day Rate: 650 inside
Location: Remote, some ocassional travel to site needed.
