We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Huws Gray Supply Chain Solutions team covering the South East!

Please note, this will be largely a field based role, visiting customers within the region, so we are accepting applications from across the South East. A full UK Driving Licence will be required for this role.

Our Supply Chain Solutions team work with Public Sector and Local Authority customers and serve them with their building material needs through our Partnering Stores across the UK, Distribution Centres, Rapid Response Delivery Vehicles and Van Stock. We enable them to create and maintain their housing stock with our products where and when they need them.

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Managerto join our team covering the South East. You will have responsiblityfor the ongoing strategic management for a ledger customers ensuring the delivery of sales and margin targets.You will alsomanage the Customer Retention plans to ensure the customers are retained, while raising the profile of HGSCS within the public sector

Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Customer Relationship Manager with Huws Gray:

• Have and develop key relationships at a senior level across your customer ledger
• Central point for all strategic day to day customer queries
• The creation and upkeep of all customer retention plans to ensure we maintain the customers business at the end of contracts either through direct awards or successful retenders
• Identify new customers and developing sales strategies for these
• Achieving a stretch target for sales and margin for new customers
• Presentation of Terms and Catalogues to customer to gain sign off and agreement
• Ownership of preventing/reducing customer outstanding debt.
• The monitoring and presentation of KPI’s to customers
• Identifaction, targeting and development of subcontractor accounts to achieve sales and margin tagets
• Arranging, attending and minuting all regular customer strategic review meetings ( minmum 1 per customer, 1-3 months)
• Attending customer toolbox talks to support the HGSCS Customer OperationsManager when required
• Ensuring weekly call plans are in place for your activities
• Introduction of new innovations to customers
