Exciting Opportunity for a Teaching Assistant - Special Educational Needs Focus
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with additional needs? Teaching Personnel are currently seeking to recruit a dedicated and empathetic Teaching Assistant.
This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their experience as a teaching assistant, providing a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students requiring additional support. As part of this role, you will be actively involved in assisting students with a variety of needs, contributing to their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with Autism Spectrum Conditions, attachment difficulties, ADHD, as well as Speech, Language, and Communication Needs.
- Assist in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individualised support plans.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly training sessions to enhance your skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in care is desirable.
- Passion for supporting students with additional needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
