The role
We're on the lookout for a Product Owner with a knack for understanding user needs and a proven ability to navigate the complexities of product development in a fast-paced environment. As a pivotal figure in our Tech for Good mission, you'll play a crucial role in shaping products that deliver real-world benefits. As a Product Owner at 3 Sided Cube, you will:
Spearhead our product discovery process, ensuring we're crafting the best possible solutions for our clients.
Cultivate outstanding relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor on product development.
Maintain expert knowledge of your products, understanding their impact and strategic positioning in the market.
Manage the product backlog and roadmap with precision, ensuring continuous product evolution.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure timely product updates, driving perpetual improvement.
Harness a deep comprehension of product metrics and their real-world implications, advocating for impactful outcomes.
Develop strategic plans for your products, balancing user and business needs to drive success.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an agency setting or demonstrable strong resilience and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
A solid background in product roles or demonstrable experience with UX and business analysis if coming from a non-product background.
A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the go-to expert for your products.
Expertise in managing product backlogs and roadmaps, with a keen sense of prioritisation and strategic planning.
A strong foundation in Agile methodologies and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Google Analytics.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage both clients and internal teams towards a shared vision.
A passion for technology and its potential to drive social change, coupled with a keen interest in emerging trends and their application to your products.
