Allied Infrastructure, a subsidiary of Colas Ltd Group, is currently recruiting for a Site Agent. As a specialist in maintenance, Allied Infrastructure offers a wide range of services including minor repair with specialist products, deep saw cutting, joint sealing, replacement of concrete pavement, replacement of asphalt pavement, installation of air-ground lighting, and associated civils. While our core business is aviation, we also serve clients in the highways, local authorities, and private industry sectors.

The Site Agent will provide leadership and coaching whilst applying relevant skills to the undertaking of all aspects of civil engineering works. They deliver all secured contracts whilst ensuring compliance with all Quality procedures and safe working practices undertaking all works to the highest possible Health, Safety, and environmental standards.
The Site Agent position requires a candidate who can work flexibly in different areas of the UK and is willing to work frequently on night shifts and weekends. The work will be mainly at Manchester Airport or East Midlands Airport as part of the delivery team, but there may be a need to work in other parts of the country based on the project requirements. To be eligible for the position, the candidate should have the appropriate qualifications in construction/civil engineering and several years of experience in working on civil highways & aviation projects. The candidate must also have strong leadership and planning abilities, along with good contractual and commercial awareness.

A salary of £48,000-£53,000 per annum plus a company car and car allowance
