Our client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer .
Salary: £55,000 to £61,390 per annum depending on experience and skills

They are an established registered charity of 30 years’ operating a range of support programmes across the three Thames Valley counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. They are now seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to lead their successful and growing organisation operating in the Criminal Justice sector. The Role of the Chief Executive will:

• Provide vision and leadership to the organisation, managing all aspects of the organisation on behalf of the Board of Trustees.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of the current priorities of the organisation and the strategic plan.
• Work with staff, Volunteers, stakeholders and trustees to develop and deploy a vision for the organisation for the longer term future.
• Ensure the values of the organisation are upheld and the needs of our beneficiaries are at the heart of all organisational activity.

Location: Aston Sandford, Buckinghamshire, HP17 8JB with travel across Thames Valley and occasionally further afield
Employment term: Permanent, Full Time 37 ½ hours per week
