Job Title: Tenant Liaison Officer

Venn Group has been approached by a social housing contractor in Blackburn to recruit for a Tenant Liaison Officer on a temporary basis.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working within Social Housing.

The duties will include:

• Insulation Scheme on Social Housing
• Liaise with tenants and trade operatives whilst completing the works
• Carry out pre & post inspections of the properties
• Visiting properties and booking in surveys
• Complete administration duties using MS Office

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Own transport
• Previous experience within Social Housing
