Role overview  

Are you an ambitious salesperson with a passion for customer satisfaction and the drive to succeed?

We are currently looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our supportive and friendly team selling our wide range of new and used vehicles. As a Renewals Specialist you will play a vital role within the retailer by focusing on customer retention and  representing the company in a professional manner and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities  

As a Renewals Specialist your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage the Volkswagen finance renewal book.
• Work close with the Head of Sales, to present the monthly and quarterly renewal position.
• Liaise with current customers and check in for loyalty programmes or up and coming offers.
• Monitor the current CXM (customer satisfaction) position, along with keeping on track scorecard.

About You  

If you already come from an automotive sales background that is fantastic, however, if you do not and you are looking to change and start your career with us, to be considered for the role we will need you to possess the below skillset:

• A full driving licence with 1 year's driving experience
