What you will do in your working day

• Provide effective first-line support at the Service Desk, addressing user inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues and team members to ensure seamless Service Desk operations.
• Manage and oversee assigned tickets and projects, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning on the job, continuously expanding knowledge and skills.
• Exhibit excellent people and communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and end-users.
• Embrace opportunities for growth within the company, with the chance to delve into Cyber Security and Network areas

The training you will be getting

If successful, you will be enrolled onto an 18-month Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship at South Devon College. You will attend weekly taught lessons at South Devon College which will give you the knowledge and understanding to become a proficient Information Communications Technician. Supported by your Assessor Coach, Course Tutor and the team here at Tomlinson Solutions LTD, you will get the chance to hone these skills daily. This role is truly a fantastic opportunity for anyone to create a new career. Upon completion, you will receive a recognised Level 3 Information Communications Technician Standard certificate. Functional skills if required.
