Axon Moore are partnering with an exciting organisation in Burnley to recruit a qualified Financial Accounts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an industry leading and fast-growing business that is currently going through progressive and positive change.
You will be working as part of a superb collaborative team reporting to the Financial Controller and leading an already successful & established team.
Responsibilities include:
- Consolidate and report the monthly management accounts, working with finance teams to ensure a complete and accurate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow.
- Management and ongoing mentorship of junior team members
- Manage the month end group submission and reconciliations
- Partner business leaders in understanding and controlling their cost centres.
- Consolidated forecast and budget process.
- Work with head of TS to report cash performance against a rolling cash forecast.
- Develop and improve meaningful financial modelling and analysis, particularly focussing on cash management.
- Support Finance Director in the production of monthly board packs.
- Lead annual external audit process and statutory accounts production.
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders across the Group.
Ideally candidates will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, looking to take a progressive step and able to manage multiple workstreams.
