Job description

What you will do in your working day

The position requires:

• Answering calls
• Booking appointments
• Handing out results
• Requesting blood tests
• Navigating the patient to the correct path
• Dealing with queries, scanning and matching clinical letters, answering emails.

It is important to have some IT skills and most of the job is done on the computer.

Ideally the candidate will be a driver, with the option to occasionally work from the other two locations, East Tilbury and Witham

The training you will be getting

You will achieve your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard.

There are workshops that you need to attend via Zoom.

You will have a mentor for one to one tuition.

On-site training will be given to support specifics of the role.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

There will be opportunities for further development and progression.
