Job description
Our Client is a top 20 UK/International Firm who are looking to hire a junior lawyer to work on M&A matters within their corporate ranks.
Our client is a market leader in this field and in Corporate in general and has numerous accolades to it's credit in the various legal directories. Pay is very competitive and there is a real opportunity to get some fantastic first-hand experience with leading global clients.
The successful candidate will need strong academics, previous experience in this field at a leading US, International or City firm and be between 1 and 3 PQE (possibly 4).
