The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Administrator to join an established client of ours based around the outskirts of Fareham.
Working as part of a close knit & successful team, the successful applicant will ideally hold a diverse skillset across administration, data input and be willing to turn their hand to a multitude of different responsibilities.
Responsibilities and requirements of a Business Administrator:
Provide excellent administrative support and service to the sales team & accounts department.
Day to day data input – supporting the Office Manager & Directors with ad-hoc tasks.
Creativity in crafting engaging and informative social media content for the business. Familiarity with various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram & Twitter will therefore be beneficial.
Support the business with recruitment initiatives. Screening CV’s, speaking with applicants over the phone. Confident and professional telephone manner would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be driven and motivated, willing to work pro-actively and think outside the box.
Someone who is willing to also engage with customers and deliver a first-class service would be highly desired.
The Package:
£25,000 Basic Salary
Monday to Friday working week. Flexible on hours. Part time could be considered.
