What you will do in your working day
You’ll learn how a big international business is run on our Sales apprenticeship programme.
You can expect to experience two or three rotations within your function which could include:
- Our category development teams focus on analysing strengths and opportunities in the markets in which we operate whilst also spotting upcoming trends and opportunities for us to take advantage of
- Our shopper activation teams focus on using the marketing plans with our frontline sales team and retailers to ensure our consumers receive a great instore experience with our products
- Our revenue planning teams focus on working with our supply chain and frontline sales teams to identify and establish likely demand for our products, based on the upcoming marketing plans
You will be encouraged to step outside your comfort zone - you may even surprise yourself!
Your classroom training is all backed up with practical experience and the support of a mentor and buddy.

- You will typically spend 2/3 days a week based at our Uxbridge office, 1/2 days a week at home and 1 day per week for study / at university

- Towards the end of your apprenticeship the business will support you to apply for any suitable vacant roles in order to progress your career within Mondelez International
