Accounts Payable Specialist

£23,000 to £26,000

9+ months contract

Full time, Monday to Friday (9 – 5)

Dungannon area

CPL are delighted to have partnered up with one of NI’s leading FMCG groups who are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their motivated and empowering team. This new position is challenging and rewarding with the room for growth.

The role:

·        Scanning invoices and validation of invoices

·        Supporting AP colleagues to resolve vendor invoice queries

·        Liaise with colleagues at sites and head office to secure invoice approval / resolve queries

·        Checking vendor statements and identifying missing items for resolution

·        Deal with Vendor queries through to timely resolution

What we’re looking for:

·        Experience in a similar role

·        Experience processing of invoices

·        Great communication and work within a team
