Job description
As a Special Events Executive, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team. Working closely with the SEM (Sales & Events & Manager), you'll ensure exceptional service for all customer inquiries, covering proposals, showrounds, functions sheets, contracts, and billing. With a key focus on weddings and private functions, your mission is to establish a consistent brand footprint both offline and online.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise your background in sales and events, with an emphasis on weddings and private functions.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, customer focus, and a proactive approach to generating new business.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Events Manager to fully service customer inquiries, including comprehensive proposals, engaging showrounds, accurate functions sheets, and seamless contract and billing processes.
- Establish a strong brand presence both offline and online, with a particular focus on weddings and private functions.
- Coordinate all showrounds in partnership with Weddings Direct, maximizing the utilization of all function spaces.
- Ensure the creation of accurate and detailed BEOs (function sheets) and conduct weekly function sheet meetings.
- Provide timely, consistent, and engaging responses to all sales inquiries from customers and Guests Direct.
- Maintain brand standards across all printed materials.
- Conduct pre, during, and post-communication with both new and returning customers.
- Support SEM/DOS at local wedding expos, Christmas events, seasonal expos, and private event expos.
- Ensure accurate data entry and complete weekly and monthly audits.
