Salary : £25,000 OTE, uncapped Commission

Hours : Monday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Job Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader, LRG are seeking a New Business Advisor to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Crowthorne House. As a Customer advisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments along with providing information and cross-selling our additional services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting previous and current clients to discuss the opportunities LRG can offer
• Showcasing excellent customer service skills and building rapport with customers
• Processing customers online applications and converting to appointments/leads for local branches
• Assist in the sales process by promoting products / services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Work towards achieving KPI’s set by the Managers

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• The ability to educate our customers on a range of services LRG offer
• Grade C at GCSE level in English Language or equivalent
