A Thames Valley law firm with offices across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer between 2-5 years PQE.

Joining a team of 6 that includes two partners, 3 solicitors and 1 trainee as well as a pool of paralegals and legal secretaries, this role has arisen due to promotion within the department. 

You will work on a broad range of matters, including leasehold and freehold transactions, development work, secured lending and first registrations. You will be working alongside senior members assisting them with their caseload, as well as building up your own caseload with support. 

The team’s client base includes a variety of large landed estates and other landowners, developers, charities, lenders, businesses and private individuals.

The successful candidate will have - 

• Trained within a reputable firm
• Have a 2:1 degree 
• Be enthusiastic and have good communication skills
• Have a good work ethic

• Salary is in the region of £55,000 - £65,000 dependent on your background
