Residential Property Solicitor

Adecco are partnering with a legal client who have deep historical roots in the northeast community. Their solicitors have an intimate understanding of the local property market and it's legal landscape.

This knowledge is priceless and they pride themselves are providing an exceptional tailored Conveyancing service. As a result of organic growth, they're looking for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join their team.

Salary:

To be discussed, salaries are aligned with current northeast market conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions.


• Title checking.


• Drafting and reviewing contracts.


• Managing completion and post-completion matters.

Experience:

• 3-5 years Residential Property experience is essential.
