Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London
As a Sous Chef at One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, working closely with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our diverse range of food and beverage outlets. From fine dining to casual fare, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary creativity and leadership skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menus that reflect the latest culinary trends and showcase seasonal ingredients.
Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.
Oversee food preparation and execution during service, ensuring impeccable quality, presentation, and consistency.
Assist in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, cost management, and adherence to food safety standards.
Contribute to the training and development of kitchen staff, promoting continuous learning and growth.
