Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Respond to customer messages including emails, phone calls, platform messages and the chat function for C247.com
- Liaise with the Returns Department and couriers regarding shipments and/or returns
- Liaise with Sales/Purchasing teams regarding product enquiries/updating stock on C247.com
- Work with the CSOS to ensure that customers receive replacements or refunds in a timely manner
- Maintain reports and spreadsheets and distribute to relevant colleagues when required
- Maintain positive feedback across all platforms and actively prevent negative feedback, to ensure delivering a positive experience is delivered to all customers
- Provide online merchandising support, sales and cover for colleagues (including, but not limited to, raising orders, product review and stock status)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business, systems and processes
- Deliver excellent service; understanding customer needs and expectations (internal & external)
- Assist with new listing across all platforms - including product descriptions, specification & images
- Any other tasks deemed necessary to support business needs and/or cover for colleagues
