Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a award wining Luxury Holiday Park in North Wales, near Abersoch and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance and Ground Manager to join their team.

What's involved?

As a Maintenance Manager you will:

• Manage the grounds & buildings maintenance team to ensure the upkeep of the park is to the very highest of standards.
• Site development - The role is to support any new chalet and park developments across the park which will include the planning and project managing of any new development.
• Manage and facilitate any private work that is requested by owners to the highest of standards.
• Individual part exchanges - work with the Sales Manager to ensure that all part exchanges are within the guidelines and any ground and bramble areas are addressed.
• Owner satisfaction with the maintenance and grounds team is measured by NPS and Revoo
• Ensure the security team is operating within given guidelines and security incidences followed up and addressed.
• Deputising for Operations Manager in their absence.
