Site Manager – High End Residential
Eastbourne
£60,000 - £70,000 (+ package)
Our client is a High End Residential Developer on the search for a Site Manager for a project based in Eastbourne. The project consists of 60 units in total comprising of three new build blocks and one block to be refurbished. This project will require a Site Manager with RC Frame, Basement, Groundwork and Demolition experience. Valued at £40m.
Site Manager Roles & responsibilities:
• Managing the day to day operation from foundation to completion and the critical paths for labour, materials and plant, including material lead times
• Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets
• Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
• Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates
• Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
• Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process
• Ensuring the development pass internal and external inspection processes
Site Manager Requirements:
• 5+ years experience as a Site Manager
• High End Residential experience (Advantageous)
• Degree Educated (not essential)
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + package (slight movement)
