Job description

Accounts Assistant - Part time required to join our team. Due to the expansion of our business we now require a part time accounts assistant. Our client a small but friendly company with its busy office close to Stourbridge. You will be responsible for assisting the office manager with duties such as the purchase ledger, sales ledger and other general administrative duties as required.
The successful applicant will need to be a hardworking and self-motivated individual capable of working in a busy environment. They will need to be flexible and have a pleasant telephone manner. Sage experience is essential. This is a permanent position, part time, working approx 20 hours per week. Hours are negotiable.

Skills & Experience required:
- Proficiency in accounting software Sage
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on speed and precision
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
