Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Mortgage Advisor on an employed basis to join their team, within a established, directly authorised firm. You will be part of a passionate team who love what they do.

Duties will include:

• Provide a quality, compliant and efficient advice service to clients.
• Establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying and contacting potential clients.
• Gather sufficient client information and identify client needs.
• Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.
• Ensure a seamless process of the mortgage application, completing all supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner

You will have:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as an Mortgage Advisor
• Cemap 3 qualified - CAS status desirable
• A forward thinking personality

£28,000 - £45,000 Basic
OTE £100k
