Job description

Lowther Gardens Cafe in Lytham are recruiting for an Apprentice Hospitality Team Member. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 qualification in Hospitality Team Member.

Job duties;
Role is for a member to be involved in every aspect of the business. Ongoing training will be provided.
Hospitality side:
• Taking orders
• Till work
• Serving food and beverages
• Cleaning tables
• Customer Service
• Support in opening and closing of the café

Catering:
• Learn to and undertake daily baking of products
• Food prep and production

Requirements;
• 7.5 hour/ 8 hour day - 4-5 days a week - depends on applicant, time of year, progress etc
• Work Sunday but have every Saturday off
• Reliable
• Presentable
• Good Hygiene
• Polite

Hours of Work;
Rota basis between Monday - Sunday / Earliest possible start 7:30am - Latest possible finish 6:00pm / 30 hours minimum
