Administrative Assistant/Receptionist – Aurora Wilden

Location: Torton, Kidderminster

Salary:  £10,470.82 - £10,756.45 (FTE £24,378 - £25,043)

Hours: 20 hours a week – Term time only

As part of our growth strategy; we’re really pleased to be opening a brand new ASC/SEMH school early 2024, Wilden View School in  Torton, Kidderminster,  for students aged between 5-19.

The main purpose of the role:

We currently looking for a professional and welcoming  Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join us ready for when we open our doors to students in the coming weeks, or as close to that as possible.

You will be responsible for reception and telephone duties, welcoming visitors, diary management and taking deliveries, as well as providing administration assistance as required such as typing letters, taking minutes for meetings, and arranging appointments.

We’re looking for someone who is able to remain calm under pressure, multitask and carry out unexpected tasks without notice (flexibility is a must), be able to work well within a team as well as on our own, able to maintain confidentiality and always offering a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors.
