Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Ellesmere Port
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Until Easter (with the possibility of extension)
Working Hours: 5 days per week, school hours 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN
* Collaborating with the class teacher to implement individualized learning plans
* Creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students to develop their skills
* Monitoring and assessing progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers
* Assisting in the implementation of behavioral strategies to support students' well-being

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in supporting students with SEN
* Relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs
