Base Location: Forth Valley Royal Hospital

Full time – 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 0800-1600 hours

Salary - £37,831.00 - £46,100.00 depending on experience plus Serco Benefits plus - on call

Here at Serco, we’re looking for a Maintenance Officer to join us at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, site has 860 beds and covers a single site of approximately 95,000 square metres.

As part of our Estates Department, you will work closely with the Maintenance/Technical Manager holding responsibility for management and supervision of multi skilled workforce carrying out reactive and planned maintenance, Also, minor improvement and capital works across four services of estates, grounds and gardens, utilities and pest control throughout the Hospital estate ensuring compliance with safety standards, procedures, and Health & Safety at work.

This role is ideally suited to someone who has mechanical bias experience in a leadership role, technical knowledge and is keen to contribute to the development of the Estates strategy and management of new works, improvement, and refurbishment projects.
